# Combined Daily VisitorID Reports

# 📊 Combined Daily VisitorID Reports

gives you one daily report with all your sites in a single file.

## 🔍 **What is the Daily VisitorID Report?**

Every night, Squid sends you a **daily VisitorID report** detailing visitors seen on each of your websites. By default:

* You receive **separate emails** for **each website** under your account.
* Each email includes an Excel (CSV) file with that site's visitor data for the day.

### 💡 **Why Use the Combined Report?**

If you manage **multiple websites** (e.g. agencies with 10+ sites):

❌ Separate emails for each site can clutter your inbox
✅ The **Combined Report** delivers:

* **One email per day**
* A single Excel file with **each website in its own tab**
* High-level stats for **all websites in the email body**

## 🏢 **Who is this for?**

* **Agencies** managing multiple client websites
* **Businesses** with several brands or domains
* Anyone wanting a **centralized, efficient daily report**

## ⚙️ **How to Enable the Combined Report**

|| 🔒 Note: Only Account Owners can configure this feature.

### 🔢 **Step 2 – Choose Report Options**

You will see two options under **Account Reporting**:

1. **Separate Emails**
|| This flag is specifically for the account owner's email. All other users listed in the daily email settings will still get an individual report.
* Daily VisitorID reports emailed for each website individually.
* Great for accounts with **fewer websites**.

2. **Centralized File**
|| This flag is specifically for the account owner's email and ONLY the account owner gets the consolidated emails.
* One Excel file per day with **all your sites included**.
* Each website appears in its own **tab**.
* Great for **agencies or accounts with many websites**.

✅ You can enable **both options** if desired.

### ⚠️ **Important Notes**

|| Clients added as recipients will continue to receive separate daily emails for their specific sites.
As the account owner or agency manager, you can choose to stop receiving separate emails and rely on the combined report for efficiency.

## 🎯 **Benefits of the Combined Report**

✅ **Less inbox clutter** with one email per day
✅ All site reports organized in a **single file with multiple tabs**
✅ Quick daily email summary with high-level stats across all sites
✅ More efficient management and data review for agencies
