# VisitorID Reports

# What is the VisitorID Report?
The **VisitorID report** is an automated email containing a **CSV file** with detailed information about all the visitors Squid identified on your website during a specific time period.

# What's included in each report:
• **Visitor contact information** (name, email, LinkedIn URL, pages visited, company, etc.)
• **Visit timestamps and behavior data**
• **Lead scoring and engagement metrics**
• **Source attribution and referral data**

# Report Frequency Options
Choose how often you want to receive reports:

**__Daily Reports__**
Sent every evening at **8:00 PM ET**
**__Weekly Reports__**
Sent every **Monday at 6:00 AM ET**
**__Monthly Reports__**
Sent on the **first day of each month**

| Note: You can enable multiple frequencies simultaneously if needed.

# How to Configure VisitorID Reports

###### Step 1 – Access Email Report Settings

1. Navigate to your **Squid website dashboard**
2. Click **Settings** in the upper right of your dashboard
3. Scroll down to the **Email Reports** section
4. Locate the **VisitorID report** option

###### Step 2 – Add Recipients

1. Under **VisitorID report**, click the **"+" (plus)** button next to "Recipients"
2. Enter the recipient's information:
         • **First name**
         • **Email address**
3. Click **Save** to add the recipient

###### Step 3 – Configure Report Settings

1. Click the **gear icon** next to any recipient to edit their settings
2. Choose report frequency:
         ☑️ **Daily** - Receive an email summary every day
         ☑️ **Weekly** - Receive an email summary once a week
         ☑️ **Monthly** - Receive an email summary once a month
3. Click **Save** to apply changes

# Report Delivery Schedule

| Frequency | Delivery Time | Content Period |
| ---- |
| Daily | 8:00 PM ET | Previous day's visitors |
| Weekly | Monday 6:00 AM ET | Previous week's visitors |
| Monthly | 1st of month | Previous month's visitors |

* Reports include only identified visitors (visitors Squid was able to match with contact information)
* CSV format is compatible with most CRM and marketing automation platforms
* Recipients will receive reports for all configured frequencies they're subscribed to
* Admin permissions required to configure email reports
