Combined Daily VisitorID Reports
📊 Combined Daily VisitorID Reports
gives you one daily report with all your sites in a single file.
🔍 What is the Daily VisitorID Report?
Every night, Squid sends you a daily VisitorID report detailing visitors seen on each of your websites. By default:
- You receive separate emails for each website under your account.
- Each email includes an Excel (CSV) file with that site's visitor data for the day.
💡 Why Use the Combined Report?
If you manage multiple websites (e.g. agencies with 10+ sites):
❌ Separate emails for each site can clutter your inbox
✅ The Combined Report delivers:
- One email per day
- A single Excel file with each website in its own tab
- High-level stats for all websites in the email body
🏢 Who is this for?
- Agencies managing multiple client websites
- Businesses with several brands or domains
- Anyone wanting a centralized, efficient daily report
⚙️ How to Enable the Combined Report

🔢 Step 2 – Choose Report Options
You will see two options under Account Reporting:
- Separate Emails

- Centralized File

- Each website appears in its own tab.
- Great for agencies or accounts with many websites.

⚠️ Important Notes
As the account owner or agency manager, you can choose to stop receiving separate emails and rely on the combined report for efficiency.
