Step 1: Log in to Squid

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Squid login page (https://app.asksquid.ai).
  2. Enter your credentials.
  3. Click on the "Login" button.

There are 2 ways to quickly share your website to others:

(A) Directly from the dashboard card, or

(B) From within the website container.

Option A: From the website dashboard card.

  1. Once logged in, go to the dashboard.
  2. Locate and click on the "All" menu item under "Websites" in the left-hand window pane. NOTE: depending on your setup, you might already be at this screen.
  3. Under "My personal websites" you will see all the websites you are the owner of. If you have been invited to any websites you will see them listed under "Invited websites". You have the rights to share with others any websites that you see on your dashboard.
  4. Click the 'share' icon on the right side of the card (people icon).

  1. In the sharing settings, you will see an option to add email addresses. NOTE: These users will get an email invite asking them to join.
  2. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the website with.
  3. Assign the user a role in the dropdown.
  4. Click 'Save'
  5. Add other users the same way.
  6. If you'd like to delete a user, just click the trash can icon next to their name.
  7. If you'd like to change their role, just change their role and click 'save' next to their name.

Note: Each user will have their own view for VisitorID and be able to pin profiles uniquely.
